Privacy Policy

FixTrackr is operated by MBS International LLC ("FixTrackr", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the FixTrackr app and website, how we use it, and how you can access or delete it.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and a hashed password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
• Location data — GPS location while you're tracking a trip, including in the background, so mileage keeps recording if the app isn't in the foreground (e.g. while using CarPlay or Android Auto). We only collect location while a trip is being tracked or the feature is enabled in your device settings — you can disable it at any time.
• Trip and work data — mileage, timestamps, categories, locations, and notes you or your team record in the app.
• Calendar data — if you connect Google Calendar, read-only access to appointment titles, times, and locations, used to suggest trips. This is optional and can be disconnected at any time.
• Billing information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number.

How we use your information

• To provide mileage and time tracking, and to generate reports for you or your organization's administrator.
• To sync trip suggestions from a calendar you've connected.
• To process subscription billing and respond to support requests.
• To keep the service secure and working as intended.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your location or trip data for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that operate FixTrackr on our behalf, and only as needed to provide the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — if you use Google Sign-In or connect Google Calendar, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• Our database and hosting providers, who store data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

If your account belongs to an organization (e.g. your employer's FixTrackr account), your trip and work data is visible to that organization's administrators — that's the purpose of the app.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FixTrackr, our users, or others.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you or your organization's administrator wants to reactivate it. If you request deletion, we delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records (such as billing records) for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@fixtrackr.com or using the account deletion request below.

Children's privacy

FixTrackr is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account administrators.
